Why are we not getting any data from the OEE box?

If the OEE box is not transmitting data to the system, follow these troubleshooting steps:
  1. Power Supply – Ensure the device is connected to a power source and turned on.
  2. Status Indicators – Verify that the box has three green lights.
  3. Network Connection (ETH Devices Only) – Test if the Ethernet or network cable is functioning properly.
  4. Wiring Configuration – Check that the wiring follows the correct setup instructions and is connected to the appropriate Digital Inputs (DI1, DI2, DI3, DI4, DI5, DI6).
  5. Firewall Settings – Ensure that port 8883 is open in your company's firewall to allow secure MQTT communication.
