How do I import new OEE Rates?

This article explains how to import a OEE rate file to the system. The article also covers file formatting, common errors, and troubleshooting steps to ensure a successful upload.

 Important!

  • Before adding an OEE Rate, you must first have a product in the system. (For more details on adding a product, see: How do I import new Products?)
  • Column B serves as the unique identifier for the product and must match the product name in the system or the Product file. If they do not match, the OEE Rate cannot be linked.
  • This template can also be used to update existing data by re-uploading the file to the system.
  • Four columns are required: WorkCentre, Product, OEERate, and TimeUnit. All other columns must remain in the import file but can be left as default. See the image below for reference.

Important Notes:

  • CrewTeamCode should remain blank unless you are certain that your company is using this feature and it has been implemented by the PerformOEE team.

  • The Multiplier field allows you to adjust product counts when a sensor detects multiple products at once. For example, if a sensor counts a carton containing 3 products, each recorded unit should be multiplied by 3. Different products can have different multipliers based on packaging or production setup.
