If a Work Center appears in gray, it means there are currently no orders assigned. Simply open the Work Center and add an order. Once you create a new order, you should see a list of products available for selection.
If your Work Center is labeled “Default Work Center,” as shown in the image below, it indicates that the Work Center is not yet fully configured.
